The supposed 'great' breakfast was missing many essentials, a slice of cheese, for example, ridiculous. I had to endure loud screaming outside my window. I woudl ve been happy to receive a complimentary earplug set or something. The owner seems to have no inclination to keep this place up. Just couldn't even consider a good review.

comfortable hotel located in a downtown area near downtown and the waterfront and a taxi and the sunken gardens. extremely comfy bed, large bathroom and central heating, multi-channel tv and a microwave oven in the room. quiet ambience and exceptionally good views of town.

Clean, low cost hotel. The staff - extremely accommodating and excellent. The room was recently refurbished and good-sized, the location was favourable! Large bathroom with a bath.

Consider arriving early to secure parking, as it fills up quickly, especially during peak hours.

No air conditioning leads to warm nights, and the exterior of the building feels rundown. Hallways and stairwells show neglect in cleanliness, like they haven't seen a vacuum in weeks. Guests report thin walls that lead to unwanted noise, and the lack of regular room cleaning over longer stays is frustrating. The breakfast options are sparse and more variety would be appreciated.

Travelled with my dog, spent 1 night here and had a good stay. The hotel location was good very close to restaurants. And it was also so close to the late ferry, the airport and all conveniences.

I loved 2 nights there. Everything about this budget hotel was very good. Recently renovated and generous-sized units with nicer beds, the microwave, for instance, and the staff were amiable. Peaceful central location not far from the ferry or rail, the adjacent super market, and restaurants and shopping.

The location is quite convenient, especially with the grocery store nearby. The rooms offer cozy warmth even during windy conditions, but be prepared for a tight breakfast area during peak times. It's wise to arrive early for parking as it can be limited. The beds were comfortable enough for a restful night after a long journey.
